Artists (“Agency“) is concerned about the privacy of its users (“User/You“) accessing its website at www.feat-artists.com (“Website“) and has provided this privacy policy (“Policy“) to familiarise You with the manner in which the Agency uses and discloses Your information collected for the same through the Website.

Agency limits the disclosure of Personal Information to Agency’s employees, independent contractors, affiliates, consultants, business associates, on a need-to-know basis, and only if the disclosure will enable that entity to offer work assignments to You. Agency shares Personal Information only for the purposes stated in Clause 2 above and only for the entities described below.

In addition to the above, the Agency may share Personal Information which the Agency may believe to be necessary or appropriate: (i) under applicable law; (ii) to comply with any legal processes; (iii) to respond to requests from public and government authorities; (iv) to enforce the User Terms; (v) to protect Agency’s operations or those of any of Agency’s affiliates; (vi) to protect Agency’s rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of Agency’s affiliates, You or others; and (vii) to allow Agency to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that Agency may sustain.
