Bikramjit is part of the new wave of Indian creatives who are bringing their own views of beauty to the forefront of fashion and advertising. With an inclination towards bold portraiture, he has now captured the stories of people and brands internationally and across India. In 2011, he was awarded the Silver in the ‘PX3 PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS’ Awards for his portrait series ‘And they all sat down’. He was also awarded the ‘Photographer of the Year’ by Vogue India at the Vogue India Beauty Awards 2015, Elle India Graduates 2015 and was included in GQ India’s 50 most influential young Indians 2018.
Bikramjit has a vast bank of campaigns and projects under his belt, including brands like Chopard, Nike, Zara, H&M, Louboutin, Honda and Canon. Within India, he has created work for brands like Raw Mango, Sabyasachi, Ritu Kumar, Satya Paul, Bodice to name a few. He has also worked on covers for all leading publications namely Vogue, Elle, GQ and also for international editions of Harpers Bazaar, Esquire.
